STUDIO completed the exterior and interior remodel design of this existing 45,000 SF building in Boulder. Originally a precast concrete and glass showroom with an attached service garage and parking structure, our design transforms this tired car dealership into a fresh new office building. A relocated entry, new wood and steel sunshade structures and a completely redesigned interior will make this an attractive office space for both large and small tenants.
