A Mixed-use Proposal for the Edge of Downtown

STUDIO designed this 3-story 28,000 SF multifamily residential structure around an urban courtyard and placed resident parking below the building. The first two floors of the building are designed as urban townhomes with walk-up units at the first floor along the street while the third floor is set back to provide outdoor living spaces on large roof decks.
