STUDIO’s Founder and Managing PrincipalJeff has been involved in the development, design and construction of over 1,000,000 SF of building, 400 multifamily residences and over 500,000 SF of office, retail and institutional space. The vast majority of these projects have been in complex urban environments requiring a balanced approach to local community concerns and the unique demands of developers, commercial tenants and residential buyers. He combines real world project management experience with award winning design to deliver high quality, cost effective and sustainable development projects in today’s challenging real estate market.
Jeff joined the real estate development firm Morgan Creek Ventures as a principal in 2008 and established STUDIO in 2009 to expand MCV’s design and development efforts. Prior to his involvement with MCV, he was a principal with OZ Architecture, a national design firm with staff of over 200. Before settling in Colorado in 2002, Jeff was an associate with the architecture firms Carrier Johnson in San Diego and ZGF in Los Angeles where he designed and managed a wide variety of projects including university laboratories, federal courthouses, municipal law enforcement buildings, and multifamily residential projects. He received his masters degree in architecture with highest honors from the University of Colorado.
