Danica Powell

Danica brings over 15 years of professional experience in real estate development and planning, including community engagement, entitlement, design team management, feasibility analysis, acquisition strategy and financial modeling to the STUDIO team. Her experience includes project management on both large and small scale urban infill, land planning, master planning and preservation projects for both private developers as well as public and non-profit organizations.

Since 2006, Danica has acted as the project manager for several complex, downtown redevelopment projects. She is an expert in the entitlement process and currently serves on the City of Boulder’s Planning Board. Danica is managing principal of Danica Powell Consulting.
