Element Properties selects STUDIO to design new mixed-use project.

On August 9, 2012 Element Properties, led by Scott Holton and Chris Jacobs, selected STUDIO’s architectural team to design their new 20-unit mixed-use luxury apartment project at 1707 Walnut in downtown Boulder. Following a minor entitlement application to the city of Boulder, the project will move forward into full design and is anticipated to begin construction in 2013.
