3-Story Rehabilitation Prototype

This 84 suite rehabilitation and short term skilled nursing facility was designed to accommodate a smaller piece of property in southern Colorado. The common areas including a large physical therapy space were placed on the first floor with two levels of resident neighborhoods above. Centralized nursing stations, support spaces and neighborhood living and dining amenities are easily accessed from each resident’s suite.
