Contemporary Urban Infill

As a principal with Morgan Creek Ventures, Jeff managed the design and feasibility analysis of this 4-story, 25 unit condominium project for a long, narrow infill site on the periphery of downtown Boulder. Three floors of residential units sit over one level of at-grade parking while a series of three 3-story townhomes are placed along the street to reinforce the residential streetscape.
