Warehouse Conversion into a Multi-tenant Office Building

Studio assisted MCV and Sutherland’s Lumber Inc. with the re-purposing of this vacant 24,000 SF warehouse by converting it into a 10,000 SF furniture showroom for Boulder Commercial Interiors and a 14,000 SF multi-tenant office space. Our team was responsible for the conceptual design including the selective renovation of the exterior and redesign of all interior spaces to create 7 tenant suites and associated common amenities.
