Mental Health Partners Hires STUDIO for Building Renovation Project

Mental Health Partners closed on the acquisition of a new 30,000 SF building in late October 2012 after STUDIO completed an extensive feasibility analysis of potential properties in the Boulder area. MHP has also engaged STUDIO as their owner representative to complete a building renovation that will convert the existing multi-tenant building into their new home for a number of new and existing programs and administrative offices. Existing tenant leases expire over a few years, so MHP will complete  the interior renovation and exterior improvement in phases.  STUDIO was also hired to help  MHP complete a programing effort related to the remodel.
