Boulder Housing Partners hires STUDIO to assist them with an 8 property asset analysis.
STUDIO’s real estate consulting team is collaborating with Community Capital Corporation and Palace Construction to assist Boulder Housing Partners (BHP) with a Capital Needs Assessment (CNA) and asset analysis of eight existing affordable housing properties. Totaling over 300 senior and family units across eight properties, the combined interior and exterior renovation costs for all eight properties is estimated to be over $26,000,000. STUDIO’s team is assisting BHP’s staff with cost estimating, capital needs assessments, renovation analysis, conceptual design and redevelopment feasibility analysis as they prepare for a submission to HUD for funding.
