Brickstone Partners hires STUDIO’s architectural team to design a new student rental project.

Brickstone, led by Dan Otis and Mike Fancher, selected STUDIO to help them convert an historic fraternity house on the Hill into 13 luxury apartments. The existing 3-story, 18,000 SF brick building will be gutted and the interior completely rebuilt to provide the new student rental units. Following a brief nonconforming use review application to entitle the project, the project will be moving into design. Construction and is slated to begin December, 2012. Brickstone plans to have the building ready for move-in prior to the University of Colorado’s fall 2013 semester.
